Getting Topless and Barefoot!

Hello!
Browsing the Makeup and Beauty section on Pinterest, I stumbled  upon a gorgeous nude nail polish and I had to have it! Essie's Topless and Barefoot is a light beige nude with a pink undertone. It is very similar to Sand Tropez but a little less beige. The formula of this nail polish is a bit streaky on the first application, but with a second coat, it turns out to be very opaque. I have worn this color when being tan as well as being pale after my self tanner wore off. It looked great both times and did not wash out my nails.
This is my first nude nail polish and I may be addicted now...
Click here to order this nail polish off Amazon for $6.99.

What is your favorite nude nail polish?

I also want to thank Beauty Makeup Addict for nominating me for the One Lovely Blog Award (even though I haven't been blogging as much as I should..). Check her out she has AWESOME product reviews and makeup looks. :)

Zoya Nail Polish: Charisma & Kylie

This past month, the nail polish brand Zoya held an awesome special offer of 2 bottles of nail polish for free. All that had to be paid was the $6.95 for shipping. This was a great deal since one Zoya nail polish runs at $8. It was also a great chance to try the Zoya brand of nail polish since I had not done so previous to this.
Lately I have been in the mood for bright summery colors to brighten my mood during these long winter months. So, I ended up choosing the colors "Charisma" and "Kylie".

I think that Zoya's website describes these colors the best:

Charisma: Ultra bright neon fluorescent magenta/red-toned purple cream. This neon shade dries matte, but also can be worn with topcoat for a glossy finish.

Kylie: Bright red-orange coral in a milky creme finish. A bright universally flattering shade.

So far, "Charisma" is my one of my new favorite nail polish colors! It is a great pop of color for the nails that will look great on anyone.

I also want to thank Naara from Unwritten!
I won her wonderful giveaway of this Victoria's Secret tote bag as well as some extra goodies. :)

Hope everyone is having a great night!

Butter London : Blagger

I want to share with you all one of my new absolute favorite nail polishes: Blagger by Butter London. I normally do not do nail posts because I suck at doing nails but I feel that this is worth sharing. haha.
I first saw this nail polish recently when I watched That's Heart's Youtube video about her November favorites (click here to watch). She wasn't even wearing it on her nails. I just saw the bottle and it was love at first sight. I picked it up from Ulta as soon as I could. Good thing, because they only had ONE left. And it turns out the only one left had already been swatched on. Poo.

I normally would not spend the $14 for the Butter London nail polishes but I loved this color so much. I must say that I am impressed with the formula of this nail polish. I only applied one coat to achieve the opacity of this color.
I would recommend this color to anyone! It is a great way to have a pop of a beautiful blue added to any black or neutral outfit. Temptalia has an awesome review of this nail polish with a lot of pictures (Click Here to read).

And this is what happens when you have a self tanner fail.
White fingers and tan hands.
LOL Oops...

Any color recommendations from this brand that are worth the $14?

Katy Perry Shatter Nail Polish

So I just recently purchased the OPI's black shatter nail polish from the Katy Perry line of nail polishes.
I purchased it from Ulta for $8.50 which is the same price for all other OPI nail polishes. I did not get any of the other Katy Perry nail polishes made to go under it (although i REALLY loved the color "teenage dream"), I figured I would save money by using ones that i already have. I put these three nail polishes underneath the black shatter nail polish..
China Glaze "For Audrey"

China Glaze "Pink Voltage (Neon)"

Sally Hanson-Don't know name

I think i purchased the two China Glaze colors from Sally's a while back for around 5 or 6 dollars. I got the Sally Hanson nail polish from Wal Mart (as you can see from the price tag haha) for $6.50.
This is how they turned out! I applied two coats of each base nail polish and let them dry completely. I then put a thick layer of the black shatter nail polish using long even strokes on my pointer, middle, and index fingers. On my pinky finger I put a thick coat of the black shatter going horizontal. It takes about 30 seconds to separate (shatter). I usually apply a shiny top coat after it is dry but I didn't in this picture. It makes it look a lot better
I think this is a very fun nail polish to wear. I have gotten many compliments on it from people at school and people I don't know! So if this look is worth the $8.50 to you then definitely get it!
